Every asset included has a prefab set up for you. It comes to a total of 20 prefabs in this package. You can create your own city using this assets package. 

Create your own city using this assets package, Included are eight buildings, four trees, a street light and a tilable wall. 

Each building ranges from 75 to 1,588 tris, total assets poly count is 9,657 
12- Textures (Nine are 1024 *1024 and three are 512*512)


I already created one sample city with proper lightmapping. Total city scene tris is 55,832. 

NOTE: This sample city total assets one FBX file , i didn't used prefab.
